1. What You Are Buying

PyNuxt is a one-time-purchase software boilerplate. You receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the full codebase, including backend (FastAPI), frontend (Nuxt), and integrations (Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, Datadog, PostHog, Capacitor, Terraform, Web3).

• No subscriptions
• No recurring fees
• No seat limits

Once purchased, you own access to the current version of the codebase and all future updates to that repository.

2. How You Receive PyNuxt and Updates

After purchase, you will receive an email with:

• Access instructions for the private GitHub repository
• Any additional information needed to start using the codebase

You will be notified of updates through GitHub repository updates. You own access to the current version and all future updates pushed to that repository. You are responsible for securing your repository access and credentials.

3. Eligibility

You may purchase and use PyNuxt only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Use of PyNuxt

You may use PyNuxt to build your own projects, products, or services, and to customize and extend the codebase for your own use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or license PyNuxt as a standalone product or boilerplate
• Offer PyNuxt as a service to others (e.g., as a hosted boilerplate, template marketplace, or similar)
• Share your repository access with others beyond what your license permits

5. Intellectual Property

PyNuxt (including its code, structure, design, documentation, and integrations) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the projects and products you build using PyNuxt. However, PyNuxt itself (including the base codebase and its structure) remains our intellectual property.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

PyNuxt includes third-party integrations and dependencies (e.g., Stripe, SendGrid, Twilio, Datadog, PostHog, DigitalOcean, Terraform, FastAPI, Nuxt, Vue, Safe, Capacitor, SQLite, PostgreSQL).

Your use of these tools is subject to their own terms, licenses, and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, terms, or policies. Some integrations may require you to create accounts, pay fees, or comply with additional terms with those providers.

7. No Warranty

PyNuxt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that PyNuxt will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from vulnerabilities.

You use PyNuxt at your own risk. You are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining your projects built with PyNuxt.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use PyNuxt

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights).

9. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have mandatory legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including withdrawal rights for online purchases in some cases. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

For digital content or services where you consent to immediate access before the end of any withdrawal period, you may lose the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

10. Refunds and Changes

Unless required by law, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. If you have an issue, contact us and we will try to resolve it reasonably.

We will continue to push updates to the repository. You own access to all future updates pushed to that repository.

11. Termination

We may terminate or revoke your access to the private repository if:

• You materially breach these Terms
• You misuse PyNuxt (e.g., redistributing it as a standalone product)
• We are required to do so by law

If your access is terminated, you may no longer access the repository for new updates, but you may retain rights to code you already downloaded, subject to these Terms.

12. Privacy

Any personal data we collect (e.g., email address for repository access) is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.
